This meal is all that - pork chops breaded in cheddar cheese, baked to that perfect blurred line where the cheese is a bit brown and crispy yet still soothingly melted - served with cleverly seasoned green beans and potatoes.

It is a stylish sheet pan meal that is delicious and offers an attractive ease of preparation for every The Goddess on the Go.

Let’s give credit where credit is due and thank Chrissy Teigen for putting sheet pan meals on the map.  She gave every Goddess on the Go permission to use this less complicated and simplified cooking method and pointed us to the fact that a few good choices in the composition of a meal are sometimes better than too many fussy seasonings and additions.  Her gourmet dishes showed that sheet pan meals did not obscure the delicious flavors of the main components and now making the feast was now quick and easy.

Crispy Cheddar Pork Chops and its sides is carefree to make is also balanced and fun to eat. The Goddess on the Go makes the pork chops, potatoes and green beans the headliners while admittedly cheese steals the show a bit. Cheese will never let you down, it is the cornerstone to every comfort food meal, the impish delectable vixen that puts a smile on your face and the elixir that lures everyone to the table.
